The date for the event in 2009 is to be confirmed. June July August 25th - 26th August 2008 - Hope Sheepdog TrialsThe trials are held at Marsh Farm in Hope (near Castleton). The show starts at 8am and tickets cost £7 for Adults, £5 for OAPs and £2 for Children. September October November 15th November 2008 - Christmas Lights Switch OnOne of the gems of the Castleton Social Calendar, the Christmas Lights Switch On takes place at approximately 4.30pm in the town.
